What does "assessment time mean"?
This is the time elapsed prior to assessing your job, rather than
the time it will take to actually complete the repair. Once your
job has been assessed for incorrect or non-performance, we are usually
able to provide you with an accurate cost estimate. The actual time it will take to provide this estimate will be based upon the following:
1. Can we quickly reproduce the fault(s) described, or do the fault(s) take some time
to appear?
2. Are the fault(s) of an intermittent nature, or do they
only occur after some hours, or even days of operation?
3. Are the
cause(s) of the fault(s) extremely difficult to identify?
4. If parts
are required, do we hold them in stock or will they require ordering?
5.
Are the parts required available within Australia, or will they require
shipping from an overseas supplier?
