VAIO pickup procedure
 

Once it has been determined your VAIO requires repair or service, your warranty may allow for a free courier pickup. We are also happy to arrange a courier on your behalf even if your repair is not covered by warranty. This cost will be passed on at time of collection.

Courier pickup procedure

Please note: While we use proven quality couriers, we do not accept responsibility for damage or loss. To minimise risk, the following procedures should followed:

1. Preferably arrange pick up or delivery to a business address. This will ensure there is someone available all day, as actual collection times cannot be guaranteed.
2. Pack your VAIO in its original box if possible, or ensure it is packed in a strong well padded carton.
3. Include a detailed fault report.
4. Include all recovery disks if possible.
5. Include all password details.
6. Include senders address and contact details.
