Repair procedure

Warranty repairs
If your M-Audio product becomes faulty within its warranty period, (warranty), please return it to your Authorised Dealer, who will be able to confirm the fault and obtain a repair authorisation number from M-Audio Australia. This authorisation number will enable the faulty unit to be forwarded to Technical Workshops for repair. The repaired, or replaced product will be returned to the dealer at M-Audio's expense.

Non Warranty repairs
All repairs outside the warranty period, can be returned directly to Technical Workshops, 109 Commercial Road South Yarra Vic 3141. Please use the printable repair details and delivery forms below for your convenience.
Note: While You will be advised of the repair cost before we go ahead with the repair, there is a minimum quote fee of $99.00 inc GST payable should you decline to proceed.
