In 2001 Technical Workshops was appointed sole service provider for Digidesign in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region. Our Technicians have been factory trained on all Digidesign's interfaces and control surfaces including the ICON range of products and Venue. Our appointment followed a comprehensive evaluation of other service providers both in Sydney and Melbourne cementing our position as a premium Australian service facility.

ten years on we are able to provide a complete maintenance support exchange and repair service for the entire range of Digidesign products. In fact we are one of only three service centres worldwide authorised to this level which includes all control surfaces, interfaces and cards.

LE interfaces including M-Box2 and 3 series, MX002 series, MX003 series and Command 8.

HD Core and Accel same day changeover card service. Fixed price repair, or exchange service for 96 and 192 I/O cards.

Control surface repairs, refurbishments and commissioning, including Pro-Control, Control 24, C24,
D-Command, D-Control (ICON).

D-Show, Profile and SC48 repairs and spare parts support.

Legacy products including 888, 882, Adat Bridge and MX001.

We are also the authorised supplier of spare parts for the entire range of Digidesign control surfaces and interfaces for the Asia Pacific Region.
