Warranty hardware repairs

All Digidesign hardware is warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase from an authorised Digidesign Dealer. Your Digidesign product should be registered as soon after purchase as possible, as in the event of a hardware problem under warranty, registration is essential to be able to obtain repair authorisation.
To obtain a return authorisation number, (RA), please call the Digidesign Australasian call centre on +61 (2) 9420 3066. You will then be required to return you faulty product to Technical Workshops, (109 Commercial Road, South Yarra, Vic 3141). Digidesign will return the repaired item to you at no cost.


Out of warranty repairs

No return authority is required for out of warranty repairs. Simply return your faulty unit to Technical Workshops, (109 Commercial Road, South Yarra, Vic 3141 ). After evaluation, we will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with the repair....more. We are also able to arrange pick up and or return freight on your behalf.
